WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Andy McGee (Efron), who has developed psychic powers as a result of being tested on by a secret government sect, raises his young daughter Charlie (Armstrong), who possesses extraordinary abilities to set things on fire with her mind. However, when their location is unintentionally revealed, government operatives including the mysterious Rainbird (Greyeyes) are sent to capture them and harness their powers for destructive purposes. Charlie, however, has plans of her own…
