Elias (Cameron Crovetti) and Lucas (Nicolas Crovetti) are twin brothers who arrive home after their mother (Watts) undergoes cosmetic facial surgery, which leaves her head completely bandaged. However, when they notice changes in her personality, the brothers begin to suspect that it might not be their actual mother underneath the bandages…
