WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Moll (Buckley) is a 27 year old woman who is still living at home with her parents, stifled by the small community surrounding her and too attached to her family to leave. Things change, however, when she meets free-spirited stranger Pascal (Flynn), and finds herself opening up in ways she could never have imagined, and soon falls in love with him. But when he is arrested as the prime suspect of a series of murders, she is left isolated and confused, and as she stands with him against the suspicions of the community she begins to make choices that will impact her life forever…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

There appears to be more under the surface of this seemingly innocent romantic drama than it first lets on, and if it’s hiding the kind of unexpected and intense thriller angle I’m hoping for, then it could very well be this year’s Lady Macbeth in terms of its dark nature.
