The involvement of acclaimed director Cary Fukunaga and actor Idris Elba respectively is awesome enough, but Beasts of No Nation is one of the first major film releases to be distributed by Netflix, with it going on their streaming service the same day as a limited theatrical run in the US – now that’s what we call progress!
