WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Art the Clown (Thornton), a dangerous serial killer who seemingly met his end after going on a gory rampage through the town of Miles County, is mysteriously resurrected by a sinister entity, and resumes his deadly actions. He soon sets his eyes on a bereaved family, who are unprepared for the onslaught of violence coming their way…
