WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

During World War 2, young Eric Lomax (Irvine) is captured and sent to a Singapore POW camp where he is forced to work on the Thai-Burma Railway whilst being subjected to perilous torture. Years later, and Lomax (Firth) is still suffering from the psychological torture and, with the help of wife Patti (Kidman) and friend Finlay (Skarsgård), he sets out to find the man responsible for his wartime imprisonment…
